Choose the correct rental

Birthday Game Rental is for private birthday celebrations. Schools, churches, companies, festivals and community gatherings use Event Game Rental. Choose the category that matches the actual gathering; contact us before booking if you are unsure. A category correction may require the difference in rental price, confirmed with you before proceeding.

Current two-hour starting prices are $450 for Birthday and $550 for Event, plus tax. Additional hours are $100 each. Travel may add to the total. Review your selected duration and final payment details; contact us to confirm travel and location suitability before paying.

Cancellation & rescheduling

Your event reservation will be automatically accepted after payment, but it may be subject to cancellation and refund if it does not align with availability, distance, or the chosen date and time. If you have any special circumstances regarding your event, please contact us. To receive a refund, event cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event start. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event start will not be eligible for a refund. However, if you require an exception and need to cancel or possibly reschedule less than 48 hours before the event, please call our office to discuss the possibility of such an exception or rescheduling options.

Travel & fuel surcharge

A Travel/Fuel surcharge ($3 per mile) will be applied for locations over 30 miles from our home zip code of 77471 (Rosenberg, TX).

Call with the event address before paying to confirm availability and the travel quote. Do not assume the online rental subtotal includes travel for your location.

Weather & safety

The gaming trailer is insulated and climate-controlled with heating and cooling. Light rain is not a reason for cancellation or rescheduling; gaming continues inside the trailer.

Forecast tropical storms, hurricanes or flash floods require rescheduling. We also reserve the right to reschedule for other severe weather, including lightning, very high winds, flooding, snow, heavy rain or ice, to protect guests, staff and equipment. If threatening weather is forecast, contact us as early as possible to discuss rescheduling.

Children & adult supervision

Children under eight years of age will NOT be allowed in the Gaming Trailer without adult supervision.

Most of our games are age-appropriate for gamers six and up. Younger gamers can participate in the Game Trailer with parental supervision. However, they cannot be left unattended to game alone. This is for the safety of children. We cannot supervise/protect them from falling off the bench, crawling under the Gaming Trailer, or walking into the streets as we monitor other gamers inside.

Please discuss this with all parents/guests attending your gaming event. If this policy is not adhered to, We will ask the party to exit the gaming trailer.

We Rekinu Gaming RESERVE the right to refuse access to the gaming event to un-cooperative guests and will shut down the gaming event with NO REFUND.

The client must agree to this policy for your booking to be accepted.

Food & drinks

Rekinu Gaming does not allow food or drinks inside the video gaming trailer. However, guests can consume outside of the game trailer.

Alcohol & drugs

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse or cut short an event when alcohol is being served because of the increased risk to staff and equipment. Drugs are not tolerated in or around the trailer and equipment. Illegal drugs or narcotics used unlawfully will result in immediate termination of the event.

Unsafe conduct & refusal of service

Rekinu Gaming reserves the right to refuse service to clients if we observe behavior that we deem a potential threat to our employees, guests, or equipment. Such conduct includes, but is not limited to, apparent, monitored, or suspected drug use, intoxication, foul language or behavior, and unsafe surroundings. In this case, we refuse to start a gaming event or cancel an ongoing event.

Damage & injury

Rekinu Gaming or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property by request from the client to position the gaming trailer in a specific location. This includes both above-ground and below-ground property/equipment damage. Rekinu Gaming also reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for any damages to the Gaming Trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage by the client’s guests. Rekinu Gaming or its employees assume no responsibility for injuries sustained on the client’s property or location. Any/All liability for damages or injuries is the client’s or host’s sole responsibility.

Event photographs

While the gaming event is in effect, the Rekinu Game Coach may take pictures of the gaming event from inside the Gaming Trailer. We may post these pictures on our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or website. (Names or addresses are not published.) If you do not want our Rekinu Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on social media or our website, please notify us by calling 346-708-7110 before the event. This is a service we provide to all our guests so they can be sure to capture their gaming event as it happens.

Your Game Coach

The Rekinu Game Coach is there to ensure that your group makes the most of our high-tech fun. They inspire and entertain.

Parking & trailer setup

When the Gaming Trailer arrives on-site, we will try to park in the most level & flat area to accommodate your event. Sometimes, we park on the neighborhood street. You might want to inform your neighbors (in case they may object). Please let us know if you have a spot in mind. On rare occasions, we might also have to block a driveway. Please keep in mind that our Rekinu Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property, or equipment. The truck and trailer combination is very long, and we will need a minimum of 60 feet to park. We do not park in driveways, yards, or other tight or dangerous locations. Getting such a large vehicle into residential driveways has proven too difficult. We will only park on asphalt/solid concrete/gravel areas.

Starlink & internet availability

Additionally, our Rekinu Game Coach will never disconnect the truck from the Gaming Trailer at a gaming event without prior approval nor park off a hardened surface. We also do not require access to your Internet. If Internet service is unavailable, then single-player gaming is your only option for playing.

Game ratings & permission

Rekinu Gaming will not play an “M” rated or higher game without a customer request before the event or adult approval. Call 346-708-7110 before the event to discuss requested games, or speak with the Game Coach on arrival. An additional permission form is required when requesting these games if anyone in the party does not meet the age requirement.

Booking a gaming event with Rekinu Gaming constitutes agreement with the policies above.
