OUR POLICIES

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your event reservation will be automatically accepted after payment, but it may be subject to cancellation and refund if it does not align with availability, distance, or the chosen date and time. If you have any special circumstances regarding your event, please contact us. To receive a refund, event cancellations must be made 48 hours before the event time. Cancellations made after this 48-hour window will not be eligible for a refund. However, if you require an exception and need to cancel or possibly reschedule within a full 48 hours before the event, please call our office to discuss the possibility of such an exception or rescheduling options.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Rekinu Gaming is committed to protecting your privacy. Any information we collect on the site to make bookings with Rekinu Gaming is needed to enhance the overall experience with Rekinu Gaming. We do not trade, rent, or sell, your personal information to others.

TRAVEL/FUEL SURCHARGE:

A Travel/Fuel surcharge ($3 per mile) will be applied for locations over 30 miles from our home zip code of 77471 (Rosenberg, TX).

BAD WEATHER:

The Rekinu Gaming trailer was designed for all types of weather conditions. The gaming trailer is insulated and climate-controlled with heating and cooling. If Houston weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled gaming event. Light rain is not a reason for cancellation or rescheduling. The Gaming event will continue inside the Trailer currently located in the Houston Area,

we are prone to TROPICAL STORMS, HURRICANES, or FLASH FLOODS, which are forecasted. Therefore, YOU MUST reschedule your gaming event. In the event of additional severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding, snow, heavy rains, or ice), we (and reserve the right to) reschedule your gaming event to guarantee the safety of you and the guests as well as our staff and equipment. If these storms threaten your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snowstorm, tropical storm, or hurricane), don’t hesitate to contact us to begin the rescheduling.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN:

Children under eight years of age will NOT be allowed in the Gaming Trailer without adult supervision.

Most of our games are age-appropriate for gamers six and up. Younger gamers can participate in the Game Trailer with parental supervision. However, they cannot be left unattended to game alone. This is for the safety of children. We cannot supervise/protect them from falling off the bench, crawling under the Gaming Trailer, or walking into the streets as we monitor other gamers inside.

Please discuss this with all parents/guests attending your gaming event. If this policy is not adhered to, We will ask the party to exit the gaming trailer.

We Rekinu Gaming RESERVE the right to refuse access to the gaming event to un-cooperative guests and will shut down the gaming event with NO REFUND.

The client must agree to this policy for your booking to be accepted.

FOOD/DRINK:

Rekinu Gaming does not allow food or drinks inside the video gaming trailer. However, guests can consume outside of the game trailer.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS:

We reserve the right to cancel/refuse or cut short any gaming event when alcohol is being served as there is an increase in harming the staff or damaging the equipment/trailer/vehicle. Additionally, drugs

are not tolerated in or around the Rekinu Gaming Trailer and Equipment. Any illegal or legal narcotics used unlawfully will immediately result in the gaming event’s termination.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE:

Rekinu Gaming reserves the right to refuse service to clients if we observe behavior that we deem a potential threat to our employees, guests, or equipment. Such conduct includes, but is not limited to, apparent, monitored, or suspected drug use, intoxication, foul language or behavior, and unsafe surroundings. In this case, we refuse to start a gaming event or cancel an ongoing event.

DAMAGE/INJURY:

Rekinu Gaming or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property by request from the client to position the gaming trailer in a specific location. This includes both above-ground and below-ground property/equipment damage. Rekinu Gaming also reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for any damages to the Gaming Trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage by the client’s guests. Rekinu Gaming or its employees assume no responsibility for injuries sustained on the client’s property or location. Any/All liability for damages or injuries is the client’s or host’s sole responsibility.

PICTURES:

While the gaming event is in effect, the Rekinu Game Coach may take pictures of the gaming event from inside the Gaming Trailer. We may post these pictures on our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or website. (Names or addresses are not published.) If you do not want our Rekinu Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on social media or our website, please notify us via e-mail before the event. This is a service we provide to all our guests so they can be sure to capture their gaming event as it happens.

TIPS:

The Rekinu Game Coach is there to ensure that your group makes the most of our high-tech fun. They inspire and entertain.

REKINU GAMING TRUCK/TRAILER:

When the Gaming Trailer arrives on-site, we will try to park in the most level & flat area to accommodate your event. Sometimes, we park on the neighborhood street. You might want to inform your neighbors (in case they may object). Please let us know if you have a spot in mind. On rare occasions, we might also have to block a driveway. Please keep in mind that our Rekinu Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property, or equipment. The truck and trailer combination is very long, and we will need a minimum of 60 feet to park. We do not park in driveways, yards, or other tight or dangerous locations. Getting such a large vehicle into residential driveways has proven too difficult. We will only park on asphalt/solid concrete/gravel areas.

INTERNET VIA STARLINK

Additionally, our Rekinu Game Coach will never disconnect the truck from the Gaming Trailer at a gaming event without prior approval nor park off a hardened surface. We also do not require access to your Internet. If Internet service is unavailable, then single-player gaming is your only option for playing.

VIDEO GAME RATINGS:

Rekinu Gaming will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the gaming trailer without a request from the customer before the gaming event or adult approval. Therefore, if you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your gaming event, please get in touch with us to indicate the game(s) you prefer or let the Game Coach know as soon as possible after they get there. There will also be an additional form to fill out if you wish to have an “M” rated or higher game if everyone in your party does not meet the age requirement. It’s recommended that all clients e-mail us before the event.

Booking any gaming event with Rekinu Gaming constitutes your agreement with the above-noted
policy’s.
